Susan Bryant, earned her certification with the National Yoga Alliance through training from The Asheville Yoga Center in North Carolina. Susan has also completed a 1,000 hour Professional Yoga Therapist program through Integrative Yoga Therapy in Prescott, AZ. She enjoys teaching mixed level classes which focus on alignment, breath, and an energetic flow of postures to increase strength and flexibility.
